Areas of coaching experience:
Lifestyle: Fitness by Phone coaching, Personal Training
Levels of clients coached:
Past clients have all been women and have included Professors at a local College, Mechanical Engineer from a local R&D companies, and an Owner from a Professional Sports Team, Pharmacists, Independent Consultants, Homemakers and Retirees. All of the clients who hold a professional title possess, at least, a Bachelors Degree in their specified field.
Value Coaching Proposition:
My style is to work with a client’s current situation with as much empathy and structure as possible. Being a woman who has her own business, works at a R&D company, teaches fitness classes, being a mother of 2 and a wife (of a husband who travels most of the month), I know what stressors are and can relate to many situations. I will be very empathetic to situations, but I will not allow excuses. I will encourage my clients with positive reinforcement and will find something positive with every situation – no matter what. My success as a coach is my ability to enlighten clients on how to create a new, positive and healthy lifestyle. I am always there for my clients in any way that I can. I care about them, their lives and their goals. With my personality and my confidence, I think of us as a team so that the clients and I can succeed on a path to this healthy goal.
Brian Lawrence
I have been into physical fitness my entire life. I was heavily active in several sports but excelled more in football. I had a brief collegiate football career which was cut short by injury. Non-the-less, I continued to stay active at a high athletic level. After college I became a speed athletic trainer for a company called Pro-Speed and am currently certified by (NAFTA)-National Aerobics and Fitness Trainers Association.
At Pro-Speed we specialized in sport specific training. We trained professional athletes from the (MLS) Major League Soccer, to NFL football players. We also worked with many amateur and high school athletes. Our goals at Pro-Speed were to take an individual athlete and bring them to a higher level of athletic ability. We did this by developing programs that enhanced their running speed, coordination, power, quickness, endurance, flexibility, and balance.
My goals for the physical fitness industry are to create and establish a healthy and fit community. I want to be a positive influence in peoples lives by helping and encouraging them to live more healthier and productive lives.
With my background and knowledge in the physical fitness field and my compassion for our community, I believe that I will play a vital role in making our society a healthier one.
My other love besides fitness is my music. I have written and composed many musical compositions. I love all kinds of music but my favorite is rock-n-roll. My main writing tool is my guitar. I also write many orchestra arrangements to accompany my songs. I usually like to record once a year and each year my music evolves.
